Modem SB8200 not working

Hello, nice to meet you. My SB8200 modem stopped working. I got home from work and when I looked up, I had no internet access and the modem's lights were off. I just bought it on January 30th.

If there are no LED lights on the front panel of your modem, please try the following steps:

  1. Change the power outlet to ensure it's working properly.
  2. Use an alternate power cord to rule out any issues with the original one.
  3. If the lights still don’t appear, try performing a factory reset.
