My SB8200v3 no longer works it only has power light & no others on.
Called Cox cable & the tech checked signal from the neighbourhood underground “riser” to the modem. He replaced/ upgraded the cable from the side of the house to the modem. He then installed a cox-cable modem & it worked like a champ. The tech said it is definitely a bad modem, I have to agree.
I even tried the reset...
The modem is 9 months old and I would like to return, how do I start the process.

To isolate the issue, please confirm if only the power LED lights up while the other lights remain off. This could indicate that the modem is stuck in a boot loop.
We recommend trying a different power cord or an alternate adapter to see if the modem powers up fully.
If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset. Should the problem continue even after that, kindly reach out to our support team by visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport.
