So, yesterday I purchased a new SB8200 and had Cox activate it. However, while it works all the lights are Green, shouldn’t two of them in the middle be Blue? I’m 80 and not that tech savvy.

If they connected it at docsis 3.1 sure, it its 3.0, then green is the color.

I also just activated a new SB8200v3 on Comcast. Downstream I have 31 locked 256QAM channels and 1 locked OFDM channel. Upstream I have 6 locked SC-QAM channels. Everything seems to be working ok. However, the modem lights are showing all green. Don’t understand why there would be a locked OFDM channel if downstream was running DOCSIS 3.0.

Noticed the retail packaging for this SB8200v3 has a picture of the modem with all green lights. Might mean nothing or maybe they changed the LED behavior?
