ImageImageImageI am trying to connect my modem to my network and facing issues I want you to help troubleshoot for me(it is a arris surfboard model sb2800 docsis 3.1 cable modem. I’ve been waiting thirty minutes and the light has only shown solid blue on the downstream. It needs to show either solid blue or solid green on the connection(very bottom one) to work. Look at the attached screenshots for reference.

It is normal to get white or faded white light on the online symbol that is the fourth LED on the modem front panel is because of the middle two light which is bright blue and that is dominating the below light color so after activation to confirm whether the modem is online or offline please connect any device like laptop or computer to the modem LAN port to check the internet connection then proceed with the surfboard central app.
