i had a power outage yesterday and my modem went out for a second, when power came back on i reset the modem, it is lit as it should but my hasn’t come back on. i unplugged everything for a few minutes and my wifi still won’t work. this happened once before and after 2 days my wifi came back, how can i fix this

Let’s review in steps. Can you plug your PC directly into the ethernet port on the Modem, reboot the Modem, and then confirm whether the PC has access to the internet? That will tell us whether basic connectivity is established. Second, what are you using for WiFi? This looks like it is in the SB8200 board, and that’s not a WiFi router, so what device handles that for you, or do you have a combo modem/router?
