I have an SB8200 that will work when directly connected to a computer, but when I connect it to a Linksys wireless router, it won’t connect.
I ended up buying a new one, but I would like to understand if anyone else has seen this.

View originalSB8200 is just a cable modem so when ever you connect separate device to modem you need to restart the modem for a minute then connect the router to the modem LAN port and you can use only one device for direct connection to the modem both the LAN port on the modem will not provide internet.
