My SB8200 will not power up. The 4 lights on the back at the ethernet ports come on. None of the lights on the front work. I have tried moving to multiple different outlets and there are no changes.

Did you try disconnecting the coax from it and resetting it (while powered on)?
I did. There was no change. Still only the lights on the back by the ethernet ports illuminated.
