did you check the power supply?

Is it new? Old?

Did you try a different outlet?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Could you please help us with the model number of your product?

As @plemans suggested please try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter.

I would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. Please note that this will restore the product to its default settings.
