Before I go into detail, I want to proactively thank  this community for the help you can provide us.  Thanks!!
Our Wi-Fi account is no longer available on our house system. Our WiFi provider did several tests/checks and said their signal to us was good. They referred us to Arris because we bought an Arris SB8200 modem and router which has worked fine so far. It sounds like we need help setting up a new account through your modem. I have no idea how to do that.

Hi @Nickolini, sorry to tell you that the SB8200 is a cable modem and it does not have a built-in Wi-Fi router.  You would need to add a Wi-Fi router to the SB8200 or get a compatible modem + Wi-Fi router combo like the G34, G36, or G54 model.

What router do you have?

You imply you have a arris modem and a router but don’t say what the router is?

Do wired connections work?
