Hi,

 

I am trying to set up parental controls. I have a SB8200. I downloaded Surfboard Central, but don’t see the option to create users or set up rules to manage their screen time.

 

Thanks for any help!

The SB8200 is a modem only device. It isn’t a router. It doesn’t have any parental controls as its not a router. 

What router do you have?
