Badge

I just installed the SB8200 and it will not connect. Top 3 lights are solid green, and the bottom continues to flash green. I followed the instructions completely and still will not connect.

did you contact your ISP to make sure it was provisioned properly? 

What router do you have it connected to? 

Also, even though it has 2x ethernet ports, most ISP’s only support 1 connected device. So make sure only the router is connected to it. 

 

Power off the modem for 2 minutes and the router. Then power the modem back on and leave it for 2 minutes. Then connect the router back to it and power the router on. Then attempt internet setup on the router.
