Arris router- SB8200

Hey everyone, I’m trying to use my company VPN for my work computer with Cisco. I keep getting an error message saying my current location is restricting access to the internet, well I know my internet is working fine and when I talked to my provider they mentioned it could be the router. Does anybody have an idea of why I need to do to allow my company VPN to connect to the computer

Please note that the SB8200 is a cable modem and does not have built-in configuration options or Wi-Fi capabilities. VPN configurations typically apply to routers, not modems.

To assist you further, kindly confirm which router is connected to your SB8200. If you're using a third-party router, we recommend reaching out to the router manufacturer for guidance on setting up VPN configurations.
