I cant find a clear answer on versions for SB8200.  Other questions have been asked but no clear answer.  Need v3 as preferred for Spectrum.  And am I correct that there is no way to contact Arris support unless you pay for the support tier?  Thanks !

Device version will be mentioned on the modem package itself if not you can check on the modem serial number from the beginning 10th digit will be the version of the modem.
