The power light will briefly turn on and then all other lights will flash together then all lights will go out. The modem will continue to do this every few seconds. Is this a hardware or ISP issue?

I think there was a hardware failure. After verifying everything that I could, purchasing a new unit resolved the issue for me.

Hello the_aggie_kid,
We understand that the power light completely turns on moving to flashing and then goes off.
Probably let us check on the power cable /cord /co-axial cable does it carry any loose connection ?
Also please try connecting the modem to a different power socket in a different room/rooms and let us know .
