Hi,

I am having an issue with the modem where all lights are solid blue but the modem is not working.

There is obviously no internet. However, even when I plug in ethernet to my computer, it does not even get detected as connected. I know its not the ethernet cable or computer because I plugged the same computer with the same cable into another modem and it detected it fine. 

 

I tried restarted it (plugging it out, leaving it 10 mins and replugging it) and it immediately goes to the solid lights, no blinks or anything else. I tried pressing in the reset button for 4-5 seconds, nothing. Then again I restarted and I tried holding reset button for 10 seconds, nothing. Then I  again restarted and tried holding reset button for 30 seconds nothing. It’s as if its stuck. Like I said it doesn’t even get detected as plugged in into my computer so I cannot even use command prompt to diagnose it.

 

The issue seems similar to 

 

It is still under warranty until next year and I would like to get it repaired/RMA-ed. How do I go about doing that?
