Sb8200 Died, RMA request?

To preface I’ve only ever owned an Arris as far as I can remember and actively choose to buy them. Today I was in my living room browsing on my phone and lost internet which I attributed to Optimum because they are awful.

I tried power cycling to no avail but notice when I do the lights all turn on simultaneously and stay on? I cannot reset it or cannot tell if anything happens. It won’t let me connect to the internet hard wired or through a router. I went through trouble shooting with Optimum and they saw no errors on their end. I tried a separate modem and 2 routers and they both can reach internet. I have no choice but to believe some reason this router died.

Purchased from Best Buy in NY 11/29/23, I believe it’s under warranty but I no longer have the receipt. How should I proceed?
