My SB8200 will not connect to docsis 3.1. I have a spectrum gig plan. Spectrum tells me my plan is docsis 3.1
but my modem is stuck in docsis 3.0. I don’t see an option how to change the setting in the management page.
spectrum is no help and tells me to contact the manufacturer. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Also I cannot access the management page while the modem is connected to the net. I can disconnect from the net and access the page.
