I’ve followed the instructions to factory reset the modem several times but the event log doesn’t clear. Is there anything I can do?

How do you know?
when it boots up, it’ll have items in the logs.
What issue are you having that you need them cleared?
My neighbors were generating excess noise on my cable line and it caused a bunch of errors in my event log. Since then, my modem is failing to connect and keeps cycling. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps several times. When I login to the web interface for the modem I can still see the errors in the event log.
