I have an ethernet cable input from my provider (Reliance Connects). How do I connect it to the SB8200 modem?

Best answer by SURFboard Moderator

SB8200 is compatible only with a co-axial cable connection to access the internet. Ethernet cable input from your internet service provider is not compatible to access the internet.

The SB8200 is a cable modem. If your provider has ethernet input, it isn’t a coax company.
