SB8200 in warranty. All lights stuck on. no internet

My internet stopped working and when I went to reset my modem I noticed something odd, the lights aren’t going off.   Now of course when I unplug it they go off but when I plug it back in they immediately turn fully back on.

 

i tried resetting it with what I think is the reset button on the back (there is a hole but it’s not labeled) and also tried the IP for internet reset but it’s not coming up.

In this case we would suggest you to try checking the modem IP address on direct connection using command prompt or using properties check on the device and also even after performed proper reset on the modem if still same issue persist please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport fir further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
