Lights keep blinking green and cycling from 1 to all 4 but no internet connection. Tried unplugging. Tried the reset button.
did you try contacting the isp to see if its connecting and if its still activated in their system?
I did. They confirmed I was still activated. They tried several times to go thru steps to fix but nothing changed. Then, because i purchased the modem and didnt go thru them, they sent me to Arris to diagnose. They wont send a tech out

I’ve only had this modem for about 18 months, so I should have a warranty.
Ya 2 yr warranty. I finally got ISP tech to come out to home. Problem was at the box next to home (old model amplifier) and at the street (all components need to be replaced...loose and corroded) so basically bad signal going in to home.
