SB8200 modem bought in June 2025 dead

Bought this device in June 2025 this morning it has died. Contacted Optimum to see if there was something they could do. They couldnt see the device. It will power on and then flash blue up/down stream lights and then reboot and start the cycle of flashing again. 

 

Optimum reconnected my SB6183 and it is working fine. 

 

When putting the S/N in it says  “We were unable to locate your serial number. Please check your model number and serial number and try again. This information can be found on the label in back or on the bottom of your device.”
