Have tried everything, but can’t get 192.168.100.1 to load in a web browser, therefore can’t access modem settings that way. How can I change default password? Is there a way through the Surfboard Central app?

The SB8200 modem does not offer an option to change the web interface password.
If you're unable to access the interface page, try the following steps:
- Connect the modem directly to a computer using an Ethernet cable.
- Check if you have internet access through this direct connection.
- Once internet access is confirmed, try accessing the modem’s interface page again to see if it's reachable.
