SB8200 modem has all lights on as expected but I’m unable to connect to the network.  I called out internet provider and after running some tests said it must be the modem.  What else can I do to diagnose the problem since I cannot get help from the internet provider and I do not seem to see a phone number for tech support for my arris modem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you let us know the led light status of the modem? Also if its you first time setup have you activated the modem by providing the HFC MAC Id?

Is that you are not able to connect to WiFi network?
