I just got rid of a 9 year old Motorola/Arris modem where the bottom light would “flicker” when the internet was working. I installed a new Arris SB8200 but I noticed the bottom “globe” light does not flicker; it just stays on steady. Is this normal?

No, no issues. Just noticed that the “globe” internet LED light doesn’t randomly flicker like it did on my previous 9 year old model (my new modem is also a higher end model than the old one). Thanks for replying!
