SB8200 bought around Oct. 2022. Still in warranty. Will not connect to internet. Power light and second light are on, third light comes on and blinks twice then goes off, fourth light never comes on. Operated very hot before this. Dropped out several times during my internet session and had to reset power to correct. Need someone to help me replace modem. I worked with an Arris tech for a long time on 06/23/23. Called and had a technician come out and check my internet. He said there was nothing wrong. No luck! He installed a modem off his truck and told me to check back with Arris. HELP!
