Bought the SB8200 about a month ago, it is V3. Direct connect the modem to desktop, got into a strange page per shown. ISP is Spectrum. Research online, I used the last 8 digits of S/N, and admin, get nothing to next page. My goal is modem password change. Thank you.

Please try the word password in password field if the last 8 digits of the modem serial number is not allowing you to access interface. On the password field type the word password in lower case.
