SB8200 not powering on. Website won't recognize my warranty

Hello,

 

My Arris SB8200 modem no longer powers on (no lights, even with a known working outlet and power adapter), so I believe it has failed. I am looking to request a warranty replacement. However, when trying to verify the warranty for my modem with the online warranty tool, it says it cannot locate my serial number. The modem was purchased less than 2 years ago from Amazon. I can provide the serial number and order details upon request.

Please try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter. 

I would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. Please note that this will restore the product to its default settings.
