I reset the modem after having the cable company come out.  But you can see the software update failed again

Your logs are still indicating a lot of line issues.

As Plemans asked, are you facing any issues with the service? Event logs are merely for ISP usage to monitor their service to the modem. If you’re not facing any kind of issues there’s nothing to worry about.
