SB8200 only getting Docsys 3.0 on upstream

My SB8200 modem is only connecting with Docsys 3.0 (Green) on upstream.  The downstream is blue however.  Any thoughts on what is causing this?

I am having the same issue..

BLUE light on download and green light on upload on my SB8200 modem..

I’m not sure if there is an issue or not…?
