I don’t have the admin password for my SB8200. I tried “password” and the last eight digits of the serial number, both upper and lowercase. I tried the 10 second reset, and could still not get in so I tried holding reset for 30 seconds and neither admin/password or admin/(serial last 8) works.
Is there a more effective reset procedure? Is there any other possible default password?

We recommend performing a factory reset on the modem with the coaxial cable unplugged. After the reset, log in to the modem’s GUI while the coaxial cable is still disconnected. First, try using "password" in all lowercase as the login password. If that doesn’t work, try using the last eight digits of the modem’s serial number.
