My SB8200 is running hot.  It is not too hot to touch, but pretty hot.  I tried going to Arris.com/consumersupport but it leads back to here!

You need to search for Arris.com/consumersupport page and when you scroll up you can find the option for call and chat support as per the below link

Check the warranty to get connected to the phone support or chat support
