I’m seeing comments about white power light and connection light, but is a white send or upload light an issue? download is blue upload and power are white - no internet

It's normal for the power light: to be white/receive: blue send: white and online: white. It doesn’t affect the function of the modem.
If there is no internet do a “Reset” and connect the modem directly to the computer and check whether able to go online.
