Sb8200 will not power-up

SB8200 will not power-up, no lights as of yesterday. Purchased Nov 2023. Power adapter had gone bad about 6 months ago. Power adapter reads that it’s giving out voltage, but once more, the modem is not doing anything.

I used another power adapter and still nothing. How can I do the reset if the unit doesn’t power on? 
 

You can attempt a factory reset even if the modem is currently turned off. Ensure the modem is plugged into a power outlet, then press and hold the reset button for approximately 20 seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our support team by visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport.

Please try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter. 

We would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. Please note that this will restore the product to its default settings.
