SB8200 will not power-up, no lights.  Website will not validate the S/N to reach tech support.  Confirmed 12v at plug.  Purchased new Jan 2024, so still within warranty.

Try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter. 

We would recommend performing a factory reset on the device.

You’d have to contact CS to get help if the S/N isn’t working. 

Do you have a different power supply you can try? I’ve seen them put out 12v but not once they’re under load.
