SB8200 will not power-up, no lights. Website will not validate the S/N to reach tech support. Confirmed 12v at plug. Purchased new Jan 2024, so still within warranty.

Try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter.
We would recommend performing a factory reset on the device.
