Since October of 2023 my download speed would drop to 30 Mbps like every week or month and stay there until I power cycle the modem. I am on a 250 down and 25 up plan with COX. This happens wireless, wired and pc connected directly modem. Service has been working fine since COX ran the line 6 years ago, line goes from outside directly into the modem, no splitters. COX came out looked at the line, did some cleanup at the box and said line is fine and it still happens. I read online that this is indication that modem is going into partial service mode because of bad levels. I have Modem status and logs before and after the power cycle saved in PDF and I can post them here. i just need to figure out if this is the modem or the line.

This is when the speed issue happens:
This is after the power cycle and speed is back up:
This is event logs when issue happens:
As I checked the cable signal levels for the intermittent internet connection, under the downstream channels, all signals are in range.
But for the upstream channels, Power level should be greater than 45dbmv.
I suggest to contact internet service provider to adjust the signals in range or reprovisioning the modem to fix the issue.
