I had an incompetent Xfinity tech tell me srros needs to reconfigure my modem cause it’s in bridge mode..After all that I realized he didn’t have me hook up my router and he was wondering why my wi fi wasn’t showing up anywhere..

Totally had an incompetent tech. Tthe SB8200 is a modem only device. It doesn’t have any wifi or bridge mode.
