My ISP (Sparklight) informed me that their firmware is only for V1 devices with version AB01.02.053.05_051921, and their notes specifically state it cannot be used for V2 or V3. I need to obtain the firmware from Arris. My current firmware version is TB01.01.001.05_012122_212.0A. Could you please advise where I can get the latest firmware for my SB00DAD38200V2RT? thanks

My understanding is that the cable modem manufacturers will not provide firmware updates directly to end users and that cable service providers push the firmware updates to end user devices directly.

Yes, that was why I contacted my ISP to get help. Their answer is they cannot due to their firmware only for V1. Reason: I need new firmware to be able to turn on IPv6.
