I’m trying to reset an Arris SB8200 modem to factory default. I pressed the reset button for 12 seconds and then tried to login with admin/password and admin/last 8 digits of serial number. Neither method worked. I reset again, but still no luck to login to the Arris admin page.
Any Suggestons?

First, confirm whether your computer is connected directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable or if you're accessing it through a router's network.
Press and hold the reset button on the modem for 20 seconds, then release it. You should see the front panel LEDs flash, indicating the reset process has started.
Once the modem restarts, try logging in using the default credentials
If you're still unable to log in, we recommend trying a different web browser to rule out any browser-related issues.
