Hi, I had my surfboard SB200v3 connected to a secondary device called a Gryphon. I want to disconnect my Gryphon and just connect to my Wi-Fi using my Arris. But when I go into my WiFi settings on my phone, I don’t see any account that might be my surfboard. What am I looking for? What will it be called? If I have to manually add the account which numbers from the bottom of the device am I supposed to add in?

thank you!

As @plemans stated that the SB8200 is a cable modem that requires no configuration and does not have built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. If you have a router connected to the SB8200, you’ll need to access the router’s interface or use its dedicated app to manage connected devices such as blocking or disconnecting them.

The SB8200 is a modem only device. It doesn’t have router capability or wifi. That secondary device was probably your router.
