I’m trying to add a new Arris Surfboard Cable Modem, but when I tap to add device on the app, it only gives me the options Surfboard Max or Gaming Bridge or Network upgrade kit. I need to add Surfboard Modem, but it doesn’t come up as one of the choices.

Please do follow the steps mentioned on the below link and also uninstall and reinstall the app before setting up the surfboard central app for SB8200.
