Trying to reset password. Arris SB8200

I have been trying to login to reset password.  Reset modem and tried the admin and password, still get error message that they are invalid.  What do I do now?

Try holding down the reset button over 20 seconds to perform factory reset and then login with the default password.  This FAQ has good details.
