SB8200 is a cable modem that does not have built-in Wi-Fi.
To enable Wi-Fi internet access, you need to connect a separate Wi-Fi router to the SB8200 modem.

There is an app for installation. I found it to be useless.
I called my cable provider and they got everything (even the wifi) working. It was about thirty minutes. I had to reboot my smart TV and phone as well.
