Modem is lit solid green, but tv, phones, laptops not connecting wireless
App is showing error message for registration, and also says connect to WiFi with Ethernet cable

SB8200 is just a cable modem without inbuilt WIFI on it so to access WIFI you need to connect separate router to the modem.
