unable to login GUI, showing invalid username and password - SB8200

The hard reset username and password - Admin and password - isn’t working. I’ve tried uppercase, lowercase, etc. I’ve also tried one and the other blank. How can I log in?

try the last 8 of the serial number for the password

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
