Purchased a new modem and mesh router today but can’t log in to the sb8200 to get the settings. Continually get a time out error. Internet is working fine when connected to ethernet

SB8200 is just a cable modem so to access modem setting page you need connect device to the modem directly without router because some router will not allow modem IP to access.
