I have a SB8200 and have tried:
admin & PW.
admin & last 8 of S/N.
cusadmin & password.
cusadmin & last 8.
Also all variations with no pw just enter (“blank”).
Nothing works!

According to their FAQ, the username is admin (all lowercase) and the password is the last 8 of the s/n. If the password is changed, you’ll need to perform factory reset. I don’t think they use cusadmin for username.
