I am trying to set up the modem app for my new modem on my computer. Have it on mobile, but as I am slowly loosing my vision and it’s hard to see most apps on those small screens. Why can’t I find an install for the computer? Am I just not seeing it (no pun intended). Are you able to help with this request?

On the computer using surfboard application will not work always it is designed for smart devices like phone, tab etc so you can give it a try is that doesn't give you an option then you can use it only on the Phone. But since you are using cable modem sb8200 application is really not required to access modem settings you can use the modem GUI.
