I have a 300 mps plan. on my 6183 the lights showed green blue blue green. on the SB8200 the light are all green. Am I missing something? How do I get them to go green, blue, blue, green, or use high speed?

If all the LED lights on your SB8200 modem are green, it indicates that the modem is currently operating under DOCSIS 3.0.

To enable DOCSIS 3.1 functionality, you'll need to contact your internet service provider for activation. Once DOCSIS 3.1 is successfully activated, the LED indicators will display as follows: Green, Blue, Blue, and Green.

Blue – This indicates the modem is operating under DOCSIS 3.1, which provides high-speed internet access. Please note that DOCSIS 3.1 may not be available in all areas, so it’s best to confirm availability with your service provider.
