Hey there, Community,

I own the ARRIS (SB8200) - Cable Modem - Fast DOCSIS 3.1 , Approved for Comcast Xfinity, Cox, Charter Spectrum, & more | 1 Gbps Max Internet Speed, 4 OFDM Channels

I bought the ( 2x pack ) of  ARRIS SURFboard mAX W121 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System, AX6600 Speeds up to 6.6 Gbps, Coverage up to 5,500 sq ft

The speeds for wifi have been MUCH better than they were before. We have 3 gamers trying to vy for the wifi so I'd like to drop that to 2 by adding a Moc adapter to my room so I wouldn't need the wifi while gaming.

I got a ( 2x ) starter kit of the ScreenBeam Bonded MoCA 2.5 Network Adapter for Highest Speed Internet, Ethernet Over Coax - Starter Kit (Model: ECB7250K02) hoping to be able to plug my PC in that way and take advantage of the ethernet speeds but on the other side of the house from where the router is.

However when I connect everything as instructed I can't connect via ethernet due to an IP issue? I think?

Is this something I can resolve on my own or do I need to call my internet provider for support?

Thank you for any help!!

~J
